Dance is music in motion! Third Street’s dance program offers professional training and an opportunity for dancers to discover their creative selves while building confidence and making lasting friendships.
The Dance Department emphasizes proper body alignment, healthy physical habits, positive body image, and pre-professional training for advanced dancers.
Instruction is provided in small group classes, with individual attention for each student.
Third Street’s Dance faculty are all professional artists who are committed to insuring that all participants reach their full potential as dancers
Each class has structured levels from beginning through advanced. As students progress though each level curriculum will become increasingly more complex and intricate.
Dancers showcase their talents at a number of performance opportunities in the Anna-Maria Kellen Auditorium, and have the advantage of working with both student and professional musicians in a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
All dance programs are for boys and girls.
